Oprah's Final Words: "Until We Meet Again"

After 25 successful years, Oprah ended her daily talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show last night. During her final show, Oprah addressed her final audience with the following:

"There are no words to match this moment. This show has been going on for 4561 days of my life".

Her last audience consisted of 300 people, including her best friends Gayle King and Maria Shriver. They all watched as the iconic talk show host gave her last words:

"Gratitude is the single greatest treasure I will take with me from this experience. I thank you for sharing this yellow brick road of blessings. I won't say goodbye -- I'll just say, 'Until we meet again."

Last night we watched The Oprah Farewell Spectacular (which were the last two episodes before the one aired last night). The Farewell Spectacular was a super star studded event, which was only a glimpse of how many lives Oprah has changed and touched. She has been an inspiration to millions, believing in the power of goodness, love, forgiveness, giving and most of believing in the power of you.

One of the highlights of the two day show was when the students of Morehouse gave a tribute to Oprah. It was a heart melting moment when 415 black young men came in holding candles as a thank you for providing them with a college education. We couldn't find a video, but you can check out the pictures here:

The oprah Farewell Spectacular was a star studded event which was hosted by Tom Hanks and Tom Cuise.
